Strictly No cash refund for all merchandise purchased online
This is due to a huge pricing discount for all our online merchandise, packing stationery and the postal charges being incurred for your order.
However, in the event that we are unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you Full cash refund, via cheque or direct transfer from our UOB Corporate account.

Follow our step-by-step guide to a hassle free exchange
Step 1 >>> Submit an exchange request
* Submit your exchange request via email to sales@catalyzt.com.sg within 3 days from received date
* Please include the following information in your exchange request :
(A) Email
(B) Order number
(C) Item code to be exchanged
(D) New replacement item code
(E) Reason
Terms and conditions
* Item to be exchanged must be in original condition and tag in-tact
* Customer to send item-to-exchanged to catalyZt and hard copy receipt via Singpost registered mail
* Strictly no exchange for AS-IS items and accessories
* Replacement item is subjected to stock availability
* If the replacement item is higher value than original item, payment must be made by customer
* Strictly no cash refund if replacement item is lower value than original item.
* catalyZt will send your replacement item via normal mail (Free postage for 1 exchange)
* catalyZt can send your replacement item via registered mail at an additional $2.24
Step 2 >>> Wait for acknowledgement email from catalyZt
* catalyZt will get in touch with you via email within 24 hours
Step 3 >>> Mail item-to-exchange to catalyZt
* Send exchange item to the following address:
catalyZt, VBox 882014, Singapore 919191 via Singpost registered mail
* Please kindly send via Singpost registered mail only
* Item to be exchanged must reach catalyZt within 3 days
* Proceed to make payment if any amount is outstanding
Step 4 >>> catalyZt receives your item & dispatches your replacement item
* catalyZt will dispatch your replacement item immediately on a working day
* Any amount due to catalyZt must be cleared before replacement item will be sent
* catalyZt reserves the right to reject any item for exchange
Step 5 >>> Your replacement item is received!
* Exchange successfully completed!
