As all mails are handled by Singpost once we dispatched, we will not be liable for any misplacement by them.
 
For your peace of mind, we include our office address at the back of the envelope as the return address.

Returned parcel handling

Normal / A.M. / Registered Mail

Note: All parcels returned to us due to non-delivery, we can repack and resend it to you again
Charges: For incorrect or insufficent address indicated in order form, we will charge a repacking-handling fee of $2 plus the additional postage to resend.
For subsequent returns, we will schedule a time for you to collect from our office directly
Tips:
  • Please verify your mailing address to be correct before submitting your order. Inform us of any updates before payment.
  • Clear your letterbox in advance (Normal Mail), otherwise Singpost delivery person will either place a slip for you to collect from the nearest post office or bounced back to sender.
  • Someone to be at home to receive the order (Registered Mail), otherwise Singpost will place a slip and you can request them to resend again or collect from the nearest post office.
